Summary0002733: Preferences dialog box
DescriptionThe number of large icons on the left hand side of the dialog box can be too many to see. There should be an Up/Down scroll-bar somewhere on the dialog box so that everything can be seen and got at.
Steps To Reproduce1. Start up FreeCAD
2. Expand it to fill the screen.
3. Select 'Part Design' in the Drop-down menu.
then
4. Select 'Arch' in the Drop-down menu.
then
5. Select 'Complete' in the Drop-down menu.
6. Select 'Edit>Preferences.
You will then need to stretch the whole dialog box vertically to fill the screen to see all of the icons on the left hand side. And when you do that, you might not be able to get at the OK, Cancel, Apply and Help buttons.
Additional InformationThe Help button does not work. If pressed, it results in the mouse pointer changing into a small red warning circle.
NB: why should it be necessary to have selected 'Part Design', 'Arch', then 'Complete' previously, before all of the icons on the left of the 'Preferences' dialog box are present? Surely, if they are in the Workbench list, they should always be present.
